My work
Literature
I am the French language translator of Peter James, author of #1 bestsellers (20 million copies sold).
Awards: “Comme Une Tombe” Prix Polar International (2006) and Prix Cœur Noir (2007); “La mort leur va si bien” Grand Prix de littérature policière (shortlisted) and Prix SNCF du polar 2007 (shortlisted).
Conscious Lifestyle
Changing lifestyles and living more ethically is both invigorating and necessary. I support like-minded people who are on the same mission.
In recent years, I have translated for the holistic platforms Inside/Out Women and Garance Doré.
Beauty
My first experience in the cosmetics sector was working as a trilingual beauty adviser for Laboratoires Dr Pierre Ricaud, on the Champs-Elysées, when I was 26.
Since then, I have worked as a translator and interpreter for Dior, Chanel, Shiseido and many other beauty brands.
Fashion
My first experience in the fashion industry was working as a trilingual receptionist for Céline, on Paris’ Avenue Montaigne, when I was 25.
Since then, I have collaborated with Louis Vuitton, COS and Mary Katrantzou, among other brands.

New Music
My love story with music – especially indie rock and electro – started when I discovered Sonic Youth, in the early 90s.
Since then, I have never stopped working in the music industry, either as an artist manager, a tour manager or a rock critic.
I had the privilege to do simultaneous translation for PJ Harvey, Marianne Faithfull and Paul McCartney, among others, and to translate Suze Rotolo’s (Bob Dylan’s first girlfriend) memoirs A Freewheelin’ Time.
Independent Films
Cinema is another passion of mine. As a journalist, I have covered Cannes Film Festival 4 years in a row.
I subtitle movies, videos and series, translate treatments, scripts and synopses, and had the honour to do simultaneous translation for Martin Scorsese.
Slow Food
My passion for good, local, seasonal food started when I studied wine tasting. Some years later, I started working as a food critic for Le Fooding, the famous French guide. As a translator, I have also collaborated with Relais & Châteaux and other guides.
Natural Wine
I started studying wine tasting when I was 25. In 2000, I wrote a thesis entitled “The Vocabulary of Wine Tasting in French and in English.”
Since then, I have worked as a wine critic and a translator, collaborating with Veuve Clicquot, Château Haut-Brion, Saint-Martin-de-la-Garrigue and many other wine houses.
